1、天燃氣發(fā)電機組機房應遠離明火區(qū)域；

1. The natural gas generator room should be kept away from open flame areas;

2、機房應寬敞、明亮且要求安裝換氣扇以保證良好的通風；

2. The computer room should be spacious, bright, and require the installation of ventilation fans to ensure good ventilation;

3、機組安裝時底盤與地基應用平墊鐵找平。接觸面積應在60%以上，且分布均勻；

3. During the installation of the unit, the chassis and foundation should be leveled with flat iron pads. The contact area should be over 60% and evenly distributed;

4、室內(nèi)安裝照明、開關(guān)、線路及其電器應采用防爆措施,且固定牢固；

4. Indoor installation of lighting, switches, circuits and their electrical appliances should adopt explosion-proof measures and be firmly fixed;

5、燃氣發(fā)電機組機房內(nèi)應符合消防要求，配備滅火器等消防器械；

6、機房內(nèi)安裝可燃氣體報警裝置，可燃氣體泄露時能及時發(fā)現(xiàn)；

7、60kw以下單臺燃氣發(fā)動機燃氣管路的外部主要管道內(nèi)徑應不小于2吋，靠近發(fā)動機的部分內(nèi)徑應不小于1吋。60kw以上燃氣發(fā)電機組則分別是3吋和兩吋。且必須安裝燃氣閥門（不銹鋼球閥）、型放水閥、防回火裝置，燃氣管路焊接完成應清理焊渣（用高壓空氣）；

7. The inner diameter of the external main pipeline of the gas pipeline of a single gas engine below 60kW should not be less than 2 inches, and the inner diameter of the part near the engine should not be less than 1 inch. For gas generators above 60kW, they are 3 inches and 2 inches respectively. And it is necessary to install gas valves (stainless steel ball valves), type drain valves, and anti tempering devices. After welding the gas pipeline, welding slag should be cleaned (using high-pressure air);

8、燃氣必須脫硫、脫水、除塵，其中含硫量≤0.25Nm3，氫氣≤10%

8. Gas must undergo desulfurization, dehydration, and dust removal, with sulfur content ≤ 0.25Nm3 and hydrogen content ≤ 10%
