秸稈氣發(fā)電機組經(jīng)過長時間的工作運行之后是需要大修的。如果需要大修了還沒有大修的話機組就會出現(xiàn)一些故障。因此，用戶在使用秸稈氣發(fā)電機組的時候一定要注意勤于檢查機組，一旦出現(xiàn)異常的狀況就要及時的處理。秸稈氣發(fā)電機組是否要大修看看這五方面就知道了！

After a long period of operation, the straw gas generator set needs to be overhauled. If major repairs are needed but not yet done, the unit may experience some malfunctions. Therefore, users must pay attention to inspecting the straw gas generator set diligently when using it, and promptly handle any abnormal situations. Just take a look at these five aspects to determine if the straw gas generator set needs major repairs!

1、查看秸稈氣發(fā)電機組在常溫下的發(fā)動狀況，并查看進(jìn)程中曲軸軸承、連桿軸承和活塞之間是不是有敲擊聲，必要時進(jìn)行調(diào)整校準(zhǔn)或修正替換；

1. Check the starting condition of the straw gas generator set at room temperature, and check if there is any knocking sound between the crankshaft bearing, connecting rod bearing, and piston during the process. If necessary, adjust, calibrate, or correct replacement;

2、查看秸稈氣發(fā)電機組作業(yè)時，是不是有聲響驟變、排氣冒黑煙等表象；

2. Check if there is a sudden change in sound or black smoke from the exhaust during the operation of the straw gas generator set;

3、檢查發(fā)動機，如有損壞可對應(yīng)替換氣缸體、活塞、活塞環(huán)、巨細(xì)軸瓦、曲軸止推墊、進(jìn)排氣門、全套發(fā)動機大修包；

3. Check the engine, and if there is any damage, replace the cylinder block, piston, piston rings, large and thin bearing shells, crankshaft thrust pads, intake and exhaust valves, and a complete engine overhaul package;

4、查看秸稈氣發(fā)電機組內(nèi)燃機在正常作業(yè)時，氣缸壓力是不是到達(dá)規(guī)則壓力的70%，必要時替換增壓器大修包、水泵修理包；

4. Check if the cylinder pressure of the straw gas generator set's internal combustion engine reaches 70% of the regular pressure during normal operation, and replace the turbocharger overhaul kit and water pump repair kit if necessary;

5、秸稈氣發(fā)電機組的大修養(yǎng)護(hù)同由專業(yè)修理人員履行中修養(yǎng)護(hù)內(nèi)容后，對曲軸機體、連桿、活塞、凸輪軸等部件進(jìn)行查看，視技術(shù)參數(shù)進(jìn)行修理或更新，對曲軸瓦、連桿瓦、缸套、活塞環(huán)、大修包有必要替換。

5. The overhaul and maintenance of straw gas generator sets are carried out by professional repair personnel, who inspect the crankshaft body, connecting rod, piston, camshaft and other components, and repair or update them according to technical parameters. It is necessary to replace the crankshaft bearing, connecting rod bearing, cylinder liner, piston ring, and overhaul package.
