在高層建筑供電設(shè)計(jì)中，首先必須明顯什么情況下應(yīng)設(shè)置柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組，我們先從高層建筑的負(fù)荷等級(jí)談起：

對(duì)電網(wǎng)能夠提供二個(gè)獨(dú)立電源的高層建筑，按規(guī)范已經(jīng)滿足了一、二級(jí)負(fù)荷的要求，原則上可不設(shè)柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組。但是，對(duì)于特別重要的高層建筑(如超高層建筑)，其內(nèi)部含有特別重要負(fù)荷，應(yīng)考慮一電源系統(tǒng)檢修或故障時(shí)，另一電源系統(tǒng)又發(fā)生故障的嚴(yán)重情況，此時(shí)一般應(yīng)設(shè)柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組做應(yīng)急電源。
