1. Check the daily work report of the generator unit, and arrange maintenance and necessary adjustment according to the daily work report.
2.檢查發(fā)電機(jī)組平面和冷卻液平面，主要區(qū)分油標(biāo)尺的高標(biāo)志和位置標(biāo)志。冷卻后必須對冷卻平面進(jìn)行檢查。

2、 Class B maintenance and inspection of coal mine gas generator set下列維護(hù)操作是在A級維護(hù)檢查的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的。
The following maintenance operations are carried out on the basis of A-level maintenance inspection.
1. 更換發(fā)電機(jī)組機(jī)油，更換時(shí)間為250小時(shí)或1個(gè)月。換油標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不得超過油表上的高標(biāo)記。
1. Change the engine oil of generator set for 250 hours or 1 month. The oil change standard shall not exceed the high mark on the oil gauge.
2. 更換發(fā)電機(jī)組的機(jī)油濾清器。在安裝新的機(jī)油濾清器之前，更好在密封件上涂一層機(jī)油。不要過緊機(jī)油濾清器，否則會導(dǎo)致漏油。
2. Replace the oil filter of the generator set. Before installing a new oil filter, it is best to apply a coat of oil to the seal. Do not over tighten the oil filter, otherwise it will cause oil leakage.
3.更換油濾器濾芯。更換濾芯時(shí)，必須將發(fā)電機(jī)組內(nèi)的空氣排出。
3. Replace the oil filter element. When replacing the filter element, the air in the generator set must be discharged.
4. 清潔或更換發(fā)電機(jī)組的空氣濾清器。
