瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組尾氣的余熱利用介紹
煤礦瓦斯發(fā)電,既可以有效地解決煤礦瓦斯事故、改善煤礦安全生產(chǎn)條件,又有利于增加潔凈能源供應(yīng)、減少溫室氣體排放,達(dá)到保護(hù)生命、保護(hù)資源、保護(hù)環(huán)境的多重目標(biāo)。

對(duì)于瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組,燃?xì)馊剂系哪芰恐挥屑s35%被發(fā)電機(jī)組轉(zhuǎn)化為電能,30%—35%隨高溫?zé)煔馀懦觯ㄅ艧煖囟冗_(dá)550℃),20%—25%被發(fā)電機(jī)冷卻水帶走,通過(guò)機(jī)身散熱等其他損失占10%,排氣余熱和冷卻水損失的能量比有用能量還多。占燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)燃料近35%熱能的煙氣余熱資源基本上被白白浪費(fèi)掉。我公司針對(duì)這一工況,充分利用瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組煙氣余熱,安裝炫風(fēng)節(jié)能RGZFQ-X-X瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組配套的余熱鍋爐,產(chǎn)生的蒸汽可以帶動(dòng)汽輪機(jī)組二次發(fā)電,或者供暖及礦山坑道井口保溫等。
For gas generator sets, only about 35% of the energy of gas fuel is converted into electrical energy by the generator set, 30-35% is discharged with high-temperature flue gas (exhaust temperature reaches 550 ℃), 20-25% is taken away by generator cooling water, and other losses such as heat dissipation through the body account for 10%. Exhaust waste heat and cooling water lose more energy than useful energy. The waste heat resources of flue gas, which account for nearly 35% of the thermal energy of gas generator fuel, are basically wasted in vain. Our company aims to fully utilize the waste heat from the flue gas of the gas generator set in this working condition, and install a waste heat boiler that is matched with the RGZFQ-X-X gas generator set. The generated steam can drive the steam turbine set for secondary power generation, or for heating and insulation of the mine tunnel wellhead.

High heat transfer efficiency and significant energy-saving effect. Due to the vacuum inside the heat pipe, the thermal resistance of the vapor liquid phase change heat transfer of the working fluid inside the pipe is very small, and it has high thermal conductivity.
安全可靠可長(zhǎng)期連續(xù)運(yùn)行。常規(guī)余熱回收設(shè)備一般都是間壁式換熱,冷熱流體分別在器壁的兩側(cè)流過(guò),任何一根管壁損壞都會(huì)造成泄漏,甚至停產(chǎn)。而由熱管組成的熱管余熱回收裝置,則是二次間壁換熱,即熱流體的熱量要通過(guò)熱管的加熱段的管壁和冷凝段的管壁才能傳到冷流體,而熱管一般不可能在加熱段和冷凝段同時(shí)破壞,所以,大大增強(qiáng)了設(shè)備運(yùn)行的可靠性。
Safe and reliable for long-term continuous operation. Conventional waste heat recovery equipment generally uses wall to wall heat exchange, with cold and hot fluids flowing through both sides of the wall. Any damage to the wall of a pipe can cause leakage or even shutdown. The heat pipe waste heat recovery device composed of heat pipes is a secondary wall heat exchange, which means that the heat of the hot fluid can only be transferred to the cold fluid through the wall of the heating section and the condensing section of the heat pipe. However, the heat pipe is generally impossible to be damaged in both the heating and condensing sections, greatly enhancing the reliability of equipment operation.
管壁溫度可調(diào),通過(guò)調(diào)整熱管冷熱段換熱面積改變熱管表面工作溫度,避免酸露點(diǎn)腐蝕。
The temperature of the pipe wall can be adjusted, and the surface working temperature of the heat pipe can be changed by adjusting the heat exchange area of the cold and hot sections of the heat pipe to avoid acid dew point corrosion.
清灰方便。該裝置兩側(cè)設(shè)有快開(kāi)清灰門(mén),清灰方便。
Easy to clean ash. The device is equipped with quick opening ash cleaning doors on both sides, making ash cleaning convenient.
