1.氣缸蓋螺母的組裝

擰緊氣缸蓋螺母時(shí),應(yīng)分?jǐn)?shù)次逐步擰緊到規(guī)定的力矩,并按先中間、后兩邊、對(duì)角交叉的原則進(jìn)行拆缸時(shí)也應(yīng)按規(guī)定順序逐步擰松。若氣缸蓋螺母擰緊得不均勻或不平衡,會(huì)引起缸蓋平面翹曲變形。若螺母擰得過緊,螺栓會(huì)拉伸變形,機(jī)體和螺紋也會(huì)受到損壞。若螺母擰得不夠緊,會(huì)造成氣缸漏氣、漏水、漏油,氣缸內(nèi)的高溫氣體也會(huì)燒壞氣缸墊。

用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼材加工的連桿螺栓在工作中承受很大沖擊力,不能用普通螺栓代替。擰緊時(shí)扭力要均勻,兩根連桿螺栓要輪流分幾次逐步擰緊到規(guī)定力矩,后用鍍鋅鐵絲鎖緊。若連桿螺栓扭緊力矩過大,會(huì)使螺栓拉伸變形甚至折斷,引起搗缸事故;若連桿螺栓擰緊力矩過小,軸瓦間隙增大,工作時(shí)產(chǎn)生敲擊聲和沖擊載荷,甚至發(fā)生燒瓦抱軸及連桿螺栓折斷事故。

應(yīng)保證主軸承的安裝精度,且不松動(dòng)。擰緊主軸承螺栓時(shí),5道主軸承應(yīng)按照先中間,后2、4道,再1、5道的順序,分2~3次均勻擰緊到規(guī)定的力矩。每擰緊一道還應(yīng)檢查一次曲軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)是否正常。主軸承螺栓擰緊力矩過大或過小所產(chǎn)生的危害,與連桿螺栓擰緊力矩過大或過小所產(chǎn)生的危害基本相同。

在機(jī)氣缸蓋上安裝噴油器總成時(shí),除了注意清除噴油器總成安裝座內(nèi)積炭等臟物、噴油器總成壓板別裝反、鋼墊厚度要適當(dāng)且不能漏裝外,還要注意噴油器總成壓板螺母的緊固力矩。若壓板螺母緊固力矩過大,會(huì)造成噴油器閥體變形,導(dǎo)致噴油嘴卡死,機(jī)無法工作;若擰緊力矩過小,噴油器會(huì)漏氣,造成氣缸壓力不足,機(jī)啟動(dòng)困難,高溫氣體還會(huì)沖出燒壞噴油嘴。另外,分配泵滑片轉(zhuǎn)子、分配泵外殼上的高壓油管接頭安裝時(shí),也簧按規(guī)定力矩進(jìn)行。
