How to deal with the unstable speed of biogas generator set?
一、無(wú)法開(kāi)始
1、 Can't start
1.無(wú)速度反饋信號(hào):檢查速度傳感器和電纜。
1. No speed feedback signal: check speed sensor and cable.
2.調(diào)速器電源斷開(kāi)或反向連接:檢查電源和線路。
2. Governor power disconnection or reverse connection: check power supply and circuit.
3.節(jié)流堵塞:重新安裝和調(diào)試。
3. Throttling blockage: reinstallation and commissioning.
4.啟動(dòng)油量設(shè)定值過(guò)低:適當(dāng)增加啟動(dòng)油量。
4. The setting value of starting oil is too low: increase the starting oil properly.
5.速度設(shè)置過(guò)低:順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)低速電位器，增加空轉(zhuǎn)速度。
5. Speed setting too low: turn the low-speed potentiometer clockwise to increase the idle speed.
二、開(kāi)始加速
2、 Start to accelerate
1.執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)和節(jié)氣門(mén)機(jī)構(gòu)減少氣體方向或零位置不匹配:檢查和重新安裝調(diào)整。
1. Actuator and throttle mechanism reduce gas direction or zero position mismatch: check and reinstall.
2.速度控制系統(tǒng)速度設(shè)定過(guò)高:將低速設(shè)定值調(diào)整到校準(zhǔn)設(shè)定值。
2. Speed setting of speed control system is too high: adjust the low speed setting value to the calibration setting value.
3.調(diào)速器電流限制過(guò)高:適當(dāng)減少起動(dòng)油量。
3. Governor current limit is too high: reduce starting oil properly.
4.控制器參數(shù)調(diào)整不當(dāng):適當(dāng)增加控制器的“增益”和“差動(dòng)”。
4. Improper adjustment of controller parameters: properly increase the "gain" and "differential" of the controller.
三、速度不穩(wěn)定
3、 Speed instability
1.傳動(dòng)桿系統(tǒng)卡死或執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)與節(jié)流閥間隙:檢查并重新安裝調(diào)整。
1. The transmission rod system is stuck or the clearance between the actuator and the throttle valve is checked and reinstalled for adjustment.
2.發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)過(guò)載:減少發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)負(fù)荷。
2. Engine overload: reduce engine load.
3.速度傳感器安裝間隙過(guò)大:檢查并重新安裝和調(diào)整。
3. The installation clearance of speed sensor is too large: check, reinstall and adjust.
4.控制器參數(shù)調(diào)整不當(dāng):調(diào)整增益、差動(dòng)和狀態(tài)開(kāi)關(guān)。
4. Improper adjustment of controller parameters: adjust gain, differential and status switches.
5.如果屏蔽線連接不正確，電磁干擾會(huì)造成不穩(wěn)定:檢查屏蔽線連接是否正確。
5. If the shield wire is not connected correctly, electromagnetic interference will cause instability: check whether the shield wire is connected correctly.
