瓦斯發(fā)電機組增壓器使用注意事項
使用瓦斯發(fā)電機組時，注意增壓器的使用:
When using gas generator set, pay attention to the use of supercharger:
增壓器工作在高速、高溫、高速、高溫、低溫條件下。渦輪進口溫度可高達650°，額定轉(zhuǎn)速為27500r/min。

1. 對于新使用或維修過的增壓器，在安裝前應使用手動轉(zhuǎn)子檢查轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)動情況。正常情況下，轉(zhuǎn)子應輕、靈活、無干擾、無異常聲音;

2. 連接潤滑管路，保持潤滑油路暢通，采用浮動軸承，對潤滑油要求高，工作正常，油壓應保持在300kpa至500kPa之間，發(fā)動機怠速時，增壓器油壓不應低于80kPa;

4. 增壓器的渦輪殼處于高溫狀態(tài)，操作人員應注意避免高溫燙傷。

5. 調(diào)節(jié)壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥時，逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)以降低壓力，順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)以增加壓力。
