瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組進(jìn)行發(fā)電需要滿足哪些條件?
1、瓦斯的濃度。瓦斯爆炸發(fā)生的濃度界限指的是瓦斯與空氣的混合氣體中瓦斯的體積濃度。當(dāng)瓦斯?jié)舛冗_(dá)到9.5%時(shí),理論上瓦斯可以同空氣的氧氣安全反應(yīng),從而放出更多的熱量,因此爆炸的強(qiáng)度;當(dāng)瓦斯?jié)舛鹊陀?%時(shí),由于參加化學(xué)反應(yīng)的瓦斯較少,不能形成熱量積聚,因此不能爆炸,只能燃燒;當(dāng)瓦斯的濃度高于16%時(shí),由于空氣中氧氣不足,滿足不了氧氣反應(yīng)的全部需要,只能有部分的瓦斯與氧氣發(fā)生反應(yīng),所生成的熱量被多余的瓦斯和周?chē)橘|(zhì)吸收降溫,所以也就不能發(fā)生爆炸。

3、足夠能量的點(diǎn)火源。點(diǎn)火源能夠引起瓦斯爆炸的三個(gè)條件是:(1)溫度不低于650度。(2)能量大于 0.28mJ.(3)持續(xù)時(shí)間大于爆炸感應(yīng)期。這三個(gè)條件通常很容易滿足,如明火、煤炭自燃、撞擊火花、電火花等。在煤礦開(kāi)采過(guò)程中,對(duì)一些不可避免的火源有時(shí)需要采取特殊的技術(shù),使其不能滿足瓦斯的點(diǎn)火條件 。例如:井下爆破時(shí)所用的毫秒雷管產(chǎn)生的火焰,其他溫度主達(dá)2000度,但持續(xù)的時(shí)間很短,小于爆炸感應(yīng)期,因此不會(huì)引起瓦斯爆炸。
